Help Making Cartoon photo

Hey! So, I have tried multiple times to make a picture of my friends and I to look cartoon and I just can't do it. So I am wondering if anyone here can do it for me if you enjoy doing stuff like that. Thanks!🙂

Toon Toolkit is a fun iOS app that can be used to easily create newspaper-style cartoon strips with stock characters, speech bubbles etc.

Is there anything similar around for OS X?
