Help me about reveling apple ID

I bought iPad A1430 WiFi + Cellular 2 Years ago from Apple store Switzerland and now don't have any bill or legal documents

I was upgraded from iOS 7.0.3 to 8.1 just a moment ago and I having a problem now
Older iOS 7.0.3 is jailbracked using pangu and I was using my own Apple ID & Password but when I upgraded it's asking for different Apple ID that I can't figured out, even the eMail service provider.

What the email service it does means! Help me to figured it out
I only using Gmail, Yahoo, Live mail and outlook only. Help me to activate my iPad

You need to know what that Apple ID is or you are in trouble. Try calling Apple if you don't know it. No other way to get it from what I know.
