I've been seeing a lot of emacs that are very well priced..but don't include the operating system. How difficult is installing an OS?

Is there a way for me to modify the menu, though (see screenshot)? I think it looks cluttered.

^What do you think? If I were to eventually upgrade the memory, do you think I'd be able to install Tiger OS without much propblems?
