Help me choose!

So my friends who are Vista users are playing Halo online. I was thinking of playing along, but I need to choose between Fusion or Parallels. CrossOver is not an option since I was procrastinating on installing Windows anyway and I need it, not just a single app.

So for playing light games, like Halo 1, which VM should I buy? Which one will do it better? I'll be using Windows XP SP2 instead of Vista, which my friends use.

I wouldn't dream of running a game through a VM. Halo runs slow enough on my MacBook through Boot Camp. Use BC and you'll be happy.

PS- My machine is identical to yours but w/250GB HD.

thanks, i decided to go with xp and boot camp. i can run halo multiplayer fine with high settings.

Yea that's what I have: XP Pro via Boot Camp and Halo runs great on high settings 🙂

yup, i can run at the highest settings with no lag, only internet lag.
