I have a 170mm wrist length, and i currently own an apple watch series 3 42mm. I am planning to upgrade it as soon as possible. Should i get a 40mm or a 44mm?

Well, I’ll help, because that’s what friends are for:

Edit: For some reason, the message about the sizing got deleted.

42MM on the left, 44MM on the right.

Do you like the size of the 42? Get the 44.

I’m not trying to be dismissive by any means, but asking a complete stranger what you think you should upgrade an Apple Watch on your wrist isn’t really the route I would take. You should go to a store, specifically try on the new sizes of the 40/44 mm and determine what looks best and/or is most comfortable on your wrist based on the size variants.

Thanks!

In case you have not chosen a size by now, there is a link on the Apple app in the watch section that says, "which size case is right for you." Tap on that and you get an actual size to look at. You can then lay your phone on your wrist to get some idea of what each size will look like. I'm at that point now but still can't decide. I really need the stores to reopen!
