Strange file syncing with my AppleTV. Help me delete please...

I get that sometimes when I buy mp3s from Amazon. I have no idea what causes it as it appears to be random, but when I restart itunes, the problem goes away. Try that.
 
I actually found the image on Google Images and determined that it is my Album Art for Pirate Radio. Can't get rid of it 🙁
