help me find a piece of software (that I know exists)

I ran into a bit of software while surfing around, but I forgot to bookmark it! I think it's shareware, and it's purpose was to open something whenever the save dialogue box was opened, allowing you to select from a bunch of favorite locations among other things.

Any ideas?
 
It's been 30 minutes of searching, I finally post, and found it 5 seconds after posting... default folder x.
