help me jailbreak 1.1.2

Ok. I really am not "Technically Inclined" if you will. Maybe not "tech savy" is a more familar term. I jailbroke my iPod when I had 1.1.1 but I had to restore it because I was having some problems. The restore automatically updated my iPod to firmware 1.1.2. I searched the forums for 1.1.2 jailbreak and did find some but I honestly cannot follow some of those instructions. I was hoping someone knew an easier way or at least talk me through more simply than other instructions. I only want the iPhone apps, no games or other random things. Just Mail, maps, notes, and weather.

i don't know what else to tell you.

i found it super easy to do but i am good at figuring most things out.

a young girl had the video most helpful to me.

well, when i had 1.1.1 i used the jailbreakme.com appsnapp but when i restored it, the jailbreak was of course removed and 1.1.2 was installed.

Im stuck at the first step. i dont understand how i can install something for 1.1.1 when i have 1.1.2

is there a way to downgrade? if so how?

If you installed the Jailbreak 1.1.2 file, redownload your apps but your settings should be the same. I just upgraded mines to Jailbroke 1.1.2, redownloaded Mail and my accounts were still there.
