I broke down and bought the ipad.

The main purpose for the ipad is to download, organize, read and annotate hundreds of scientific papers that I'll use for writing my papers and final thesis.

I have goodreader, papers and iannotate and I'm at a loss on what to do.

I can download a paper from papers finding it from pubmed, put it into a folder. I can also export it to annotate and highlight and add notes to it.

However iannotate doesn't organize into folders (correct me if i'm wrong) and when I export the file, the name changes from the title to a bunch of random letters and numbers.

Furthermore if I then send back the iannotate pdf to goodreader, the annotations are gone!

Also I want something that will backup all my files/work whether it be through itunes or the cloud.

What programs should I use and in what order and how will I backup?

Thanks in advance guys.
