HELP ME PLEASE!

My Mac mini 2014 has recently been downgraded from Monterey to Catalina, through a bootable installer, and even though I told it to startup from Macintosh HD it starts up from a

"Update" drive even when I tell it to reboot to Macintosh HD!!!

PLEASE HELP ME! :-(

I want it to boot to Macintosh HD

Here are pictures of all my drives.
I need a fast response please.

Well, I simply did some preference editing in Finder to find (no-pun intended) that I had been booted into Macintosh HD all along. :-3 It was really just a misunderstanding of which drive I was running on.

I thought that I had been booted into that update drive because it was showing under locations in Finder where my Macintosh HD normally was. I deleted that Update drive which was not an actual boot-up disk, and restarted.
