Help me update my friends xbox 360 without an internet connection.....

My girlfriend's sister has an xbox360 but doesn't have the internet.

I have read about how to update the console using a disc burned on a PC using a download xbox.com.....

Only the instructions on the site are for PC only, has anyone done this using a mac/toast and can help me with the process, i don't wanna f*** up their console!!!

Well they're not too heavy, wouldn't it be easier if you took it somewhere where there's internet?
