Help Merging my 2 Partitions into 1...

I partitioned part of my disk to windows using boot camp assistant (beta). However, when trying to start boot camp to remove the partition, it says

'Boot camp assistant beta has expired'

Is there another way to just have a single mac os x partition. i've heard disk utiltiy might do it, or i don't mind re-installing mac os x and wiping everything clean.

Set the date of your computer back to sometime last year (think September time should be fine) and then try running it again.
