Help! Mighty Mouse won't scroll up!

Hi there,

Can anyone help me with this mighty mouse problem I'm having? Everything on the mouse is working perfectly EXCEPT when I try to scroll upwards the darn thing just won't do it. It scrolls down, left and right with no problem at all but when I want to go back up a page it does nothing. It's very odd and I have no idea what is wrong.

Any ideas?

Try doing a search - this topic has been covered lots!

Solution: Hold it upside down, move the scroll wheel around in every direction for a minute to dislodge whatever is causing the problem. Repeat if necessary.

When it happens to me, I do as posted above but I roll the scroll wheel on a piece of printer paper. Has never failed me.

That's exactly what I do and works perfectly.
