Help, Missing Application!

I recently tried to move an application called Splashtop. For some reason my finger slipped during the move from page to page and the icon disappeared. I can still run the application if I search for it but it is no longer in any of the pages or folders.
Has anyone seen this before? Is there a fix?

Have you tried re-downloading in the app store?

Enable restrictions, then disable restrictions should bring it back to Springboard

It just has an Open option.
