Help: Mother in law cannot see new pictures on iPhone or iPad

So we have a family share folder that we upload pics too. Until recently everyone could see all the pics and videos fine now Everyone can see the pics except my mother in law, who for some reason can still see new videos but not new pics uploaded. Basically she sees a blank thumbnail. This happens on both her ipad 2 and iPhone 4s. Any suggestions to fix this? Thanks,
