help moving mail stuff from tiger to leopard

Updated my sisters computer today and the only thing left to do is move over what was in her previous version of mail.

I have the accounts set up but there were a couple "on my Mac" boxes that had e-mails in them. I am just wondering what the best and easiest way to get those messages moved over. When I use to have to replace tiger i would just drag over the "mail" folders in home/library and library along with the plist file(s) and all would be good. Unfortunately, it ain't that easy.

I have a complete backup of the old tiger system so if i need to i can boot from it and do and export or something.
