I don't know how to erase my thread so I will update it instead.
Today my cat sat on the keyboard of my imac and the entire screen of my imac zoomed. It zoomed so much I could barely do anything. I looked for an hour for solution which would involved keyboard shortcuts (since the cat was on the keyboard after all) but could not find any solution to my problem. I posted a thread here and of course, 5 minutes later, I found my solution.

"Mac zoom out: Press the [Ctrl] key and scroll down with the mouse".

I didn't try this at first as I was looking for keyboard short cuts stuff (I don't know how my cat managed to press the key and scroll with the mouse at the same time...)
Anyway, I found my answer. Thanks to the person who answered my question.
