HELP!! My iphone has officially died.

So, my iphone died the other day. What happened was it went dead while I was at work and when I went to plug it up at home, the charging symbol did not come on. All I got was a blank screen🙁 I went to my brothers house to restore it and nothing but a white screen for a few seconds and then right back to black... itunes didnt even recognize my phone and I got the error 21 after trying for 2 hours to restore it. I need some help soon, thanks!!

Have you tried holding menu button and power button at the same time?

Yes, with no luck though. I have had that happen in the past and it came right back on after I held those buttons down but didnt work this time.

21 usually means security software on the computer is interfering with the restore. Instructions from Apple are linked.

Also, try plugging into the wall charger for 2-4 hours, overnight if you can.
