Help! My MBP (unibody) will not wake up!

hey,
lately my MBP will sometimes after being put to sleep by closing the lid not wake up again... even pressing the power button shortly doesn't do anything, the only thing "working" is forcing it to shut down.
what can be happening?
should i post the crash log?

That happened to me a few times. Havent noticed the issue in a few months though. touch wood

I thought this happened to me so many times, but then i realized before i shut the lid i turned the screen brightness all the way down. I felt so silly after.
