Help Needed, Please - iPhone Hacked

Hello all:

I am a newborn on these boards so I apologize if this is posted in the wrong spot; however, I’m in need of some help with my iPhone X. Two weeks ago my iCloud was hack - along with all of my personal info, pictures and data, my safety was threatened and it’s been a complete violation. After weeks of harassment, I still don’t know if my phone is completely free of a hacker again but I believe it is.

The only problem is the camera. Whenever I take a picture/video, there is colorful “pixelated Snow” moving all over the screen that distorts the image.
I have attached pictures of it for you - can anyone tell me what is causing this? It’s never been like this before and I’m not sure if this is an indication that my phone is still being tampered with.

Both screens show zoom has been activated 7.1x on the first pic, 3.4x on the second.... Your looking at a magnified view of whatever the camera is pointing at...

Hey there. Thanks for your response. I zoomed in to try and show the pixels better. I actually have my cameras completely covered and that’s what shows up; I open my camera and take a screenshot. I’ll attach about not zoomed in.

What do the pictures look like without the camera covered? Are the pictures full of those pixels or does it look normal
