I activated with O2 on the iPad when I first purchased my iPad. I then found that there was no coverage during the day when I am at my work desk so I dumped the O2 sim and started a vodafone contract. I have just had an email confirming my £15 charge for the O2 sim, so I called O2 to cancel. Although I have obviously my name and address and the order number for the recurring contract they were unable to find me on their computers without the details of the orginal sim and/or telephone number associated with it. I dont have the sim or the telephone number. Any advice would be appreciated as I dont want to be paying £15 forever.
