Help needed: Video Editing / tutorial

Hi, I'm school-teacher and would like to capture my lessons on video. I have 3 requirements.
1. powerpoint / keynote
2. video that can show myself
3. area where i can write or draw (like a mini blackboard at the bottom of the screen)

The closest I have got is to use screenium where I can use keynote and having a video of myself teaching the lesson.
However I am not able to add an area where I can do typing or drawing.

Can anyone offer some advise or software to me please?

Video Help

Are you looking to perform this screen writing live, "live on tape" (meaning no editing it in) or after the fact in editing? This may be something you can fake after the fact in editing to achieve the same result. It depends on how much time you have and how you plan to edit your video.
