Greetings. I am planning to buy a new Macbook Aluminum but I'm not sure as I feel that a new hardware update is approaching. Am I wrong? What do you think?

It would be a minor speed bump, changing nothing but clock speed.

There won't be a real update until Q1 2010.

By historical cycles, it's due for an upgrade soon, but as said, it'll probably be fairly minor in nature. If you're worried about it, get a refurbished one. They're just as good, cost less, and so you can update more often. 😉
