I just bought a new 2011 MacBook Pro. This is my first Mac. I imported my iTunes music from an external hard drive. Recently I was listening to music and noticed several songs stop playing about 23-30 seconds before the end of the song. I can't figure out how this happened. Did I do something wrong when importing? I seem to have found a bunch of really old discussions from people that had this problem 1-2 years ago, but nothing current. Is anyone familiar with this?
I already checked my preferences and I do NOT have crossfade enabled. I've also checked on some of the albums I've marked as "complilation" and none of those are the songs affected. I can't tell at this point if they are affecting iTunes store purchases or CD ripped songs...
