I ran the software OmniDiskSweeper

It shows this

Macintosh HD : 107.2 GB used
jPod : 37.7 GB used

Something I find it odd that

User/.jKon folder has 78.4 GB

but the actual User/jKon folder has only 37.7 GB

Have you emptied the trash? Until you empty the trash, the space is still not released.

I have and I also deleted some folders and files that I don't need
the spaces left still remains as 4 GB. I really have no clue what is taking up so much space.

Try using DiskInventoryX to figure out what's eating up GB's

It turns out is the sparsebundle or bands from FileVault, can't turn it off as it says I need at least 50 MB to do so but I only have 4 GB. I probably need to get an external hard drive to back it up and reinstall Leopard.

Thanks for the advice guys!
