Help! - Operation can't be completed because an item of same name already exists

I am getting really annoyed trying to make a copy of my NAS drive's music on to my USB drive. The issue is that there seems to be some duplicate folders created in iTunes. For example "Greatest Hits of" and "Greatest Hits OF" with the only flipping difference is a capital friggin letter!

Now I have a big library and am not about to search through every flipping file and folder. Is there some app that will search for all these duplicates?

wouldn't making the target drive's HFS case-sensitive work just as well?
