iPhone [Help] Passcode and NC background colors grey and black

Not sure what happened but recently my passcode background is grey and my NC background is black now. Additionally when I get a notification on the lockscreen the wallpaper turns to the same grey as the passcode screen. I turned off all tweaks and themes and it is still there. Is there something I am missing?
