Help, phone icon missing from my dock!

It disappeared. I must of hit something. How do I get it back? I think I am missing some other app icons as well.

It's in your productivity folder. Just press the folder until the icons wiggle and it expands, drag the phone icon out of the folder, and then drag it back down to the dock.
