I hope some one can help with a problem I have with downloading films and burning to DVD.
I am downloading films in DVD quality- the file is: Codec-Divx, Format- .avi, Bit rate-1562kbps ( some a little lower), FPS: 29.97, File size is Between 1500-1900.
When they are downloaded the picture seems to be slightly jumpy or jerky, I have used quicktime,VLC and windows media player and all are still jumpy.
I am using toast 8 to burn them to DVD. first I click DVD-Video and on the encoding I leave it on automatic and video quality best, but the DVD still comes out jumpy and sometimes through the film it will pixilated.
