HELP!! Please!! Invalid B-tree node size

On start-up the only screen available is the OS X Utilites screen with 4 options:

Restore from Time Machine
Reinstall OS X
Get Help Online
Disk Utility

When repairing the disk.. I'm getting the "invalid B-tree node size

Can I get my data back from this position??

Can I back up from this position?

I can't download Warrior or Stellar because I have no access to anything. Safari only. Can't save anything, download anything, access anything.

I moved offices in March 14. I haven't backed up since then. (I know!) So all the work I've done is on my hard drive. Every picture I've taken this year is on my hard drive. I'm a muppet I know.. but I can't be completely daft..because I'm here and I've found you guys!!

Please help me get ALL the work back that I've done for this company since March!!

What model Mac?

You're probably going to have to get some hands-on help. Hopefully there's a competent Apple consultant in your area.
