Help please - MacBook freezes when watching vidoes

I recently purchased the MacBook Pro and when I am watching videos on the apple website to learn more about the features, the video keeps freezing. I have to keep clicking on the "play" icon but it freezes again immediately. I'm getting frustrated as I am trying to learn more about my MacBook but the instructional videos won't work......

What do I do??

It's probably just trying to load. your internet connection might be slow. Try waiting a little longer before you press play again.
