[Help Please] My MacBook Pro keeps booting into the language menu screen?

My MBP is about two years old and I turned it on to login into my user but I just keep getting the language menu popping up? Any suggestions?

Hold Alt on startup. Navigate to macintosh hd with arrow keys. Hold CTRL so the icon for arrow changes. Press Enter. Restart when it boots.
