Help, Please! Panic Report / Crashes - What does it mean & What do I do?

Hi - I'm new to the forum. Over past couple weeks, my 27" iMac from late 2015 (a refurb I bought early 2017, so AppleCare expired a month ago) has suddenly & unpredictably been locking up and restarting. Several times now. Still on Mojave because of 32-bit apps. It just happened again, this time as I was shutting it down. Is it obvious what the problem is here? What should I be doing about it? I'm not too techie. Thanks for any help or direction!

Thanks. I'm not at all familiar with working with that app. I found and opened the Terminal app, and could put that code in. Should I be doing anything first? Besides backing things up (always back up to Seagate Plus Hub anyhow.) And, what will I have to do after I hit enter and it does whatever it's going to do? Is it going to have me reload or re-enter any info? I don't want to create a worse mess by doing it wrong! Thanks!

It'll ask for your password to your computer. You input it and press enter again. Wait for it to finish then reboot the computer. It won't hurt anything. It just tells the computer to look over what hardware your computer has and to load the appropriate drivers. The reboot will take longer than usual as it polls what hardware is installed.
