Hi,

I just rencently upgraded to iLife6, trying to burn my 1 hour and 15 minutes iMovie project with iDVD6, but when I click the "burn" button, it does not open and let me burn. I am also using an external DVD burner, would this cause a problem??

Also when I check the project info, the encoding meter does not move at all...

Would anyone please kindly provide me some suggestions?

Thanks in advance!

What quality encoding are you using? I have found that it doesn't work if you use high quality. Also check the capacity bar and ensure that iDVD doesn't think that you have used more than the capacity of the DVD.

Hi jacobj, I am using best quality encoding since my project is 1 hour and 15 minutes, and from the DVD capacity bar I am using 2.5GB out of 4. something... so I should be okay?

How do I start encoding, there is no button to click start... and what about the burn button?? I doesn't start when I click on it...

Any thoughts??

thx
