HELP please... wireless keyboard/bluetooth issue

I have a dual 2.3 GHz PowerPC G5.. I have always used a bluetooth wireless keyboard. All of a sudden last weekend my bluetooth disappeared. There is a squiggly line through the bluetooth symbol and it says not available. When I go to the system preferences it doesn't show bluetooth anymore... and when I do the keyboard command to bring bluetooth up it says I don't have bluetooth. I read somewhere to reset PRAM... that didn't work.

Two weeks ago the batteries were low on the keyboard... I changed them and everything was working fine until last weekend. Please help!!

I had this issue myself and don't remember exactly what worked, but do a complete shutdown and restart the system. If it is still gone, Google your issue, as I remember deleting a plist file, etc.
