Help Pls(logic 8)

I worked on this song 2day & saved it..left out & came bck 2 work on the song & I keep getting this message that says"NON-TEMPO EVENT FOUND IN SYNC REFERENCE" & Logic crash after...WHAT DOES THIS MEAN..& how can I fix so I can get my session bck up??? 😡

To me it sounds like a corrupt session, sadly the only thing I could think of to do would be to save as and then delete plug-ing and tracks until you found this issue, but if it is quitting that would be impossible..sorry🙁
