Help posting my pages with iWeb

Hi all

I have designed a website using iweb & I am having real problems posting it to the net.

I have a web address & domain, which isn't a mac or .me one

I have no idea how to do it

Can anyone help me??

You'll need to upload it to your space on your hosting service's servers.

Using FTP (file transfer protocol) is likely your best bet. Your Mac can do this natively, but there are a number of good FTP programs for those who don't want to mess around. Try Fugu or Cyberduck.

You'll need your username and password supplied by your hosting company to access your space on the server. Once you log in, you should be able to drag-n-drop the folder with your site, or copy the files one at a time.

Chapter 2 of this page shows you step by step what you need to do to use Cyberduck. I'd also recommend you to read Chapter 3.1 on how to avoid uploading everything every single time you publish (which speeds up the publishing process quite a lot)
