In every version of PowerPoint in the past was a way to package the PowerPoint file with all of its associated embedded video clips into a package (really a folder containing the PPT file plus all the media files). This was called "Package for CD" or "pack and go"

I have created a presentation on PowerPoint 2011 for Mac. It contains a lot of video. I cannot find any way to do the "Package to CD" any longer!!

How can I export my presentation to a USB drive for use on a PC elsewhere?
Please help me!!!

Thanks so much!

I'm not sure about the pack and go, I've never heard of that before.

Why don't you just put all the presentation files into one folder and then copy and paste it onto the memory stick. How I've always done it.
