HELP!! Problem installing Lion on wife's computer!!!

So I installed Lion on my computer, no problem. Wife decided she wanted to use iCloud with her iPhone 4. First I verifvied her computer with my info, then I logged into the App Store with my info.

Downloaded Lion fine and started the installation process. First time it asked for her password, i got the "incorrect password" notice. Now her password isn't working at all. WTF????

She's the only user of this laptop.

any idea's?

Have you tried your password? If you have the Snow Leopard disk you can boot to it and reset your password. If nothing else works.

ya, i did try my password and combo's of user/passwords.

At this point I would recommend using the Snow Leopard disk to reset it. You can also try calling Apple support.

I got it all straight. I reset her PW with the SL disc, then continued to install Lion. No problems.
