So i went on vacation and where i was there was no cell service so I turned my phone on airplane mode and just listened to some music every now and again. I am in the car on my way back home and my 3G won't turn back on, in the status bar it shows the ( o ). but i know im getting data, because i am posting this on my phone. I had ncsettings installed and when I would toggle the 3G on and then i would change screens, pull back down the notification center and it would be off... So I uninstalled ncsettings and tried to reinstall it but cydia won't let me download it because I have no data network...? Any help on what would be the culprit??? Thx for reading
