[HELP] random Gearwheel in system tray

hey

since i installed yosemite i got that random gearwheel in my systemtray.

it comes and goes randomly every few seconds... i cant click it... it just comes and goes... what is it?

maybe it has something to do with handsoff calling? cause outgoing calling doesnt work for me right now

It's an Automator action running
