help reformatting and it went blank

I have a mac book and in the middle of reformatting it went blank...

heres what ive done so far

put the disc in held down c when I restarted . it got almost thru the first cd when it went blank cant get anything to work ...

Help me please

Try this: insert the disk and instead of pressing C during startup, try the Option key.

sorry al I got left...ok so I cant get anything to do anything..it is completely blank...will not work at all...cant get disk to come out..cant get anythingto turn on or off...

I know ...what the heck....but is there anything I can do...any way to hard start it ??
