Help Registering Adobe CS 5.5

I am a teacher (K-12) and my best friend (a University Professor) bought me a copy of CS 5.5 Design Premium Student and Teacher Edition. He went to the trouble to get the serial codes and everything from Adobe (meaning he sent in his ID, etc.). Now how do I register? Can I just input the info he gave me? Or do I need to contact Adobe and send in my credentials as well? Or do I need to register in his name? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

So long the serial hasn't been registered then you should be able to use your own name. Try it and see!

Thanks, I guess I will. I just didn't want it to lock up or something because the names didn't match.
