Help removing border around slider

Hi everyone.

I'm hoping someone can help.

I'm runing 4.3.3 jailbroken. I had my phone jailbroken at 4.2.1 using the elite pro HD theme and there was no border around my slider.

I just only want to have it say "slide to unlock"
