i just organized all my music folders exactly as i wanted, then I sync'd my ipod. Damn itunes changed everything put folders all over the place

I want to revert and or RESTORE my new MAC 24 to where it was a day ago. how do i do that...

I tried going to Mac Checkpoints _ but this didn't work...System says my server is not set up...
Viewing Checkpoint Data

Checkpoints are stored in a special hidden folder: .ckpt. In order to view them, you will need to connect to the file server through the SMB (Server Message Block) protocol.

1. From the computer's desktop choose Go, Connect to Server... from the menu
(or press Command-K.)
2. In the Server Address box type: smb://fs-home/home and click Connect.
3. Enter your eCommons username and password and click OK.
4. Your Home folder will open.
5. Choose Go, Go To Folder... from the menu or press Shift-Command-G.
6. Type .ckpt and press return
7. You will see a folder with a date and time stamp for each checkpoint folder.
8. Double click a folder to view contents for a specific time period.

please help restore my mac to previous days.

You can disable the feature in iTunes that organizes your music in the preferences panel. Only way to reset from this point is if you had a backup of one sort or another.
