[Help] Restoring iPhone 4.3.1

I want to remove jailbreak from an iPhone 3GS with 4.3.1, but, when I click in "Restore", it prompts me to update to 4.3.3.

Is there any problem if I click in "Restore" button and if iPhone downloads 4.3.3 to update a jailbroken 4.3.1?
(I mean, everyone knows it makes iPhone impossible to use)

Nope. You'l be fine restoring the iPhone to 4.3.3

As long as you don't need to keep an unlocked baseband, then there isn't an issue restoring to 4.3.3.
