Help, rotation lock switch broken, bought at BB launch day...

I purchased my iPad launch day from BB, and today the rotation lock switch broke. Who to call, BB or Apple?
 
Apple. If you have a retail store near you, you could get an appointment and if they have any replacements in have another one right away.
