Can I ask a favor of one or more of you...please?!

I have a POP3 account that receives 300 spam mails
per day (I run an Internet business and my email is all
over the place). My iPhone downloads all of it and there
is nothing I can do to control or delete it.

Will Yahoo Push Mail or Google Gmail take my existing POP
account and forward it to my iPhone while removing most of
the unnecessary spam?

If this is the case, I need help setting this up.

1. Where is the actual Yahoo or Gmail page I need on
the web?

2. Is there a service fee for either?

3. Do they filter spam?

4. Will either interfere with my normal downloading
of email to my Mac desktop and Macbook? (I receive
duplicate copies of my email across all other devices)

5. What are the exact instructions to setting all this
up on the webside and on the iPhone?

I know there may be a lot of detailed explanation here
but in advance, it is appreciated. I think there are
many of us looking for ways to cope with the exorbitant
amount of mail being downloaded to our iPhone.

Yahoo mail will not SPAM filter and forward. I have been told that Google mail does but have not tried it. I also have been told the Google SPAM filter is amazing and works much better then Yahoo's SPAM filer.
