Hello. Apple suggested I sign out of my Apple ID and then sign back in, in order to try and get rid of a stuck notification. When signing out it asks about “saving a copy of this data. contacts, keychain and safari on this iPhone” Should I click those all on when I’m going to sign out and sign back in? I’ve backed up to my iMac as suggested. Thanks.

Well the stuck notification is data so I wouldn't save it to the phone. Besides if you have an encrypted backup using iTunes you should get everything important back if something goes wrong..

Ok so don’t save those three options then. So what it is is this. My uncle sent me a family sharing invite that expired and now that red 1 won’t go away. When I go into the invite it’s a dead end. Nothing to cancel it, just close or learn more. It’s driving me crazy lol

lol. Your uncle has the same name as me! Have you asked him if he can cancel the invitation on his end or maybe send a new one? That is if you wanted to accept his invitation..

Ha cool. Yeah I tried to have him check over the phone and he didn’t see any “cancel invite” or anything. But yeah, I didn’t want the invite lol. He just randomly sent it and now it won’t go away. I wonder if he resent if I could decline and that would clear the notification? Next time I see him I’ll look for something. I’m assuming there isn’t a trick to clearing the notification.

Did you try signing out of your AppleID like support suggested?

Not yet. I wanted to confirm if I should save the keychain, safari and contacts when given the option before I sign out. But I sounded like you said I shouldn’t. I will try the sign out option though.
