I upgraded to Yosemite yesterday. I was in disk utility and seen my TRIM was off, the aftermarket one. I enabled TRIM support, now I can't get to the home screen, after login big white screen with the not symbol

How can I get back to disable TRIM support? I have a recent backup but how do I get it to run from my backup disk?

15" pro 2011

You're going to have to do a system restore. Reboot the computer and hold the Option button and then select the Yosemite recovery partition and follow the prompts.

Wish I saw this first. I tried updating to 3.3 but it would not take it at the end of the upload. Something about signature?

I'll probably just leave it off for now after my restore.

You might need to allow apps from all sources (Prefs/Security/General)
